Product Information
Overview
Mechanically speaking, the EGX-400/600 is belt driven, delivering not only speed, but also pen point accuracy.
The EGX-400 has a 12” x 16” x 1.57” work area and EGX-600 has a 16” x 24” x 1.57”. Both models have
DAC-FFP technology - Feed Forward Processing with digital AC servo motors
to control the movement along the X, Y and Z-axes.

The 30,000 RPM DC brushless spindle motor on the EGX 400/600 is not only high precision, but also it reduces
vibration within the unit and produces quality engraving on a variety of materials.
EGX-400/600 is capable of engraving everything from small and simple jobs to large and complex jobs. In
addition to speed, power and precision, it also comes with a removable table to accommodate jobs that require
the use of a vise or jig. Compatible materials include but are not limited to acrylic, dual-coated micro-thin
plastics and light metals such as brass and aluminum. Use the EGX PRO series to create professional badges,
nameplates, key rings and luggage tags or even diamond scribe coated brass for trophy plates.
